Listening Lab Introduction
The Learning Through Listening website’s Listening Lab lets you explore interactive listening activities with your students. To enter the Listening Lab, log in or register now.
Activities in the Listening to Sound section provide the opportunity for your students to listen to and identify common environmental sounds, while activities in the Listening to Language section offer practice of phonemic awareness skills. Activities in the Listening for Meaning section cover both comprehension of direction words and a prosody exercise that you can do with your students to help them understand how important tone, beat and emphasis are when they speak.
